Step 1: Make Report Visible and Share it
- Go to Google Looker Studio Report.
- At the top right, click on Share.
- For Link settings, click on the drop down and choose Unlisted (Anyone with the link can view).
- Click on Save then Close.
Step 2: Enable Embeding in Your Report
- Click on Edit Report.
- Click on File on the top left corner of your report.
- Click on Embed Report.
- Check Enable embedding.
- Click on Embed URL
- Click on Copy to Clipboard
If Embed Report is already enabled in your report:
- Go to the top right corner of your report.
- Click on the drop down list next to the Share button.
- Choose Embed report.
- Click on Embed URL.
- Click on COPY TO CLIPBOARD.
Step 3: Add Google Looker Studio to Digital Signage
- Go to the Management Console.
- Click on the playlist then the layer where you will add the Looker Studio Report.
- If the layer has no media, the apps dialog will open. Otherwise, click on Add New.
- Click on Business Intelligence.
- Click on Google Looker Studio.
- Paste the copied URL.
- Click Save and preview the report.
